First time?

What to expect

We talk first

Before anything happens, we work out what you actually want and whether it suits you. If it doesn’t, I’ll say so and we’ll find what does.

It takes as long as it takes

A full set of lashes is a couple of hours, lying down, warm, with a chat or a nap — whichever you’re after. I don’t rush people out the door.

Aftercare that works

You’ll leave knowing exactly how to look after them, and you can message me if anything isn’t right. That doesn’t stop when you’ve paid.

Common questions

Before you book

Through Fresha — it’s linked all over this site. You’ll see my live availability and can pick your own slot. If you’d rather talk it through first, message me instead.

Not when they’re applied properly. Damage comes from extensions that are too heavy for the natural lash, or from lashes being glued together. That’s why I map every set and won’t put on more weight than your lashes will carry.

You’ll want infills every 2–3 weeks. Your natural lashes shed on their own cycle and take the extension with them, so it’s a top-up, not a redo.

Often yes — I do a lot of corrective work over other people’s SP. Send me a photo before you book and I’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.

Yes, where a treatment needs one. I’ll tell you when you book, and it needs doing at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
