Terms and Conditions<\/h2>

1. All our prices advertised are subject to change at any time. Any previously advertised prices either printed or found on the internet will cease to be valid. The price quoted at time of contact with us either by email, phone or personal visit is only available for a maximum of 7 days and must be in writing from ourselves.

2. All course bookings require a deposit to\u200bsecure your place. Deposits are\u200bnon-refundable.

3. Full payment for your course must be made no\u200blater than 7 days prior\u200bto the first day of your course. You run the risk of losing your place on the course or your deposit if this is not made.\u200b
4. Cancellations are subject to the following:
a.\u200bCancellations after the\u200bbooking\u200b has been made\u200b20% of\u200bthe total amount of the\u200bfull cost\u200bof \u200bthe course, or\u200bthe agreed deposit amount, whichever\u200bis greater.
b.\u200bCancellations six weeks\u200bprior to\u200byour course start date will result in the\u200bloss of\u200b50% of\u200bthe\u200bfull cost\u200b of the\u200bcourse.
c.\u200bCancellations less than\u200b4 Weeks prior to the start of the course\u200bresults\u200bin full loss of the\u200bcourse cost.
d.\u200bFor your security we will not accept cancellations by phone, text\u200bor social media. If you\u200bwish to\u200bcancel or postpone a training course you must indicate in writing or via email.\u200bCancellations will only be accepted during our opening hours and not at evenings, weekends or Holidays.
5. Your course can\u200bbe moved once,\u200bso long\u200bas it is to an equivalent course subject and\u200bbooked\u200band taken within three months of the original course. However, at the stage any\u200boutstanding monies must be paid. Further cancellation of the same course will result\u200bin losing all monies paid to date.
6. You have 7 days\u200b from the date of your booking to return these forms, after which\u200byour place will be secured so long as all monies are paid on time. Your course confirmation and manuals or exams relevant to your course will be sent once final balance is paid.
7.\u200bIf you do not receive any expected emails, please contact us at your earliest\u200bconvenience so\u200bthat we\u200bcan ensure all the correct details for you are on file, and try to resend\u200banything you need with\u200benough\u200btime prior to your course.
8.\u200bPlease ensure we have the correct spelling of your name for your certificate.
9.\u200bCourses can be transferred into another person\u2019s name for an administration charge of\u200b\u00a350.
10.\u200bYou have unlimited support available post training. Some courses need plenty of\u200bpractice\u200b after your course to perfect and refine your skills.\u200b
11.\u200bWith our private courses you should complete at least 3 full case studies after your training.
12.\u200bPlease advise the company of any Disabilities or Additional Learning Requirements you may have prior to your course. This is to allow us to assist you in your\u200bchosen\u200bsubject.
13.\u200bWe reserve the\u200bright to\u200bcancel,\u200bre-schedule or vary any course or part of a course due to\u200binsufficient numbers, reasons beyond control or\u200b changes in regulations.\u200b
14.\u200bWhere Blissful Beauty and Alternative Therapies Training Academy cancels a training\u200bcourse,\u200bwe will\u200bnot be held liable for transportation, accommodation, loss of earnings or any other associated costs.
15.\u200bOn occasion we\u200bmay reduce course prices last minute to\u200bbuild up numbers instead of cancelling the course.\u200bOn these occasions you\u200bwill not\u200bbe eligible for these special offer prices. Similarly if you have paid an early bird booking price, we would not charge you more if we sell the other places at full price. From time to time we run special\u200bpromotional offers. These are only valid for customers at that time and are time and quantity limited and cannot be backdated.
16. Whilst\u200bstudents are on the premises they are obliged to abide by all Health and\u200bSafety policies that are\u200bin place. Where\u200ba student is disruptive to other students, breaches health\u200b and safety guidelines or appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or endangers themselves or others, we reserve the right to ask that candidate\u200bto leave the premises. Candidates\u200bthat are\u200b asked to leave the course for the above reasons\u200b will not be entitled to a refund.
17.\u200bBlissful Beauty and Alternative Therapies Training Academy does not accept responsibility or any liability for student\u2019s belongings whilst they\u200bare on site. This includes personal equipment and vehicles which are brought onto the premises entirely at the owner\u2019s risk.
18.\u200bTutors reserve the right to ask students to complete a written, oral exam and\/or\u200bcase studies.\u200bThis is at their discretion and to keep standards high. If students\u200bwould like refresher sessions or one\u200bto one additional training this will be charged at \u00a350 per hour with a minimum of a two hour booking required.
19.\u200bCertificates can\u200bbe replaced. There is a\u200bfee of \u00a325 per certificate to cover the cost of\u200breprinting, postage and\u200bsearching the student database for the information. Payment is\u200bmade at the time of ordering your certificate. Certificates will say \u2018Duplicate\u2019 on them.\u200b\u200b
20.\u200bAs part of our service to\u200bprovide\u200bexcellent customer service we operate an equal\u200bopportunities policy. Students will not experience discrimination on any counts.\u200b Blissful Beauty and Alternative Therapies Training Academy will not tolerate abuse Physical or verbal to any trainer at any time. Nor will we tolerate any sexism, ageism, racism or any type of discrimination of any\u200btype. Bearing this in mind, students need to be aware that both males and females book on these courses\u200band we will pair you up\u200baccordingly to practice\u200b on.\u200b
21. All our training kits are protected by manufacturer\u2019s warranties and comply under the CPA Act
22.\u200bBlissful Beauty Training Academy operates a non-smoking policy.
23.\u200bMobile\u200bphones\u200bmust be switched off in\u200bthe training rooms at all\u200btimes.
24. Children are not allowed at the training venues.
25.\u200bWe comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.\u200bFull information regarding how\u200bwe use\u200byour data will be provided upon\u200brequest.
26 . Complaints in the first instance\u200bshould\u200bbe made to the\u200btutor, lecturer or person in charge.\u200bIf you are unhappy with\u200bthe outcome then it will\u200bbe taken up as\u200bper the\u200bcompany complaints procedure for students, which is available upon request. Awarding bodies will not\u200baccept complaints directly unless you have followed this process.
27.\u200bAttendance by a student onto a training course, even with a formal qualification\u200bcertificate on completion, does not provide any guarantee of workmanship, performance,\u200bquality\u200bor status of the student during future endeavours.
